The team relied heavily on Henry Domzalski, who fired off one home run, seven RBI, and four doubles while going 5-for-6. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in runs (three). Royal Oak's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Grosse Pointe South, their win bumped their record up to 12-1.
Saturday's match might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Grosse Pointe South has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .484. However, it's not like Royal Oak struggles in that department as they've averaged .488. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
