River Dell entered their tilt with Cresskill on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cresskill Cougars, sneaking past 53-51. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Golden Hawks also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

River Dell got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Pat Sweeny out in front who went 5-for-11 on his way to 13 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Regan Joyce, who posted 11 points.

The win got River Dell back to even at 13-13. As for Cresskill, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. River Dell will take on Montville on Wednesday. River Dell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.1 points per game this season. As for Cresskill, they will square off against Hopatcong on Wednesday.
