Long Trail is 2-8 against Twin Valley since January of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. Last Monday, Long Trail was beaten by Poultney 68-33. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Long Trail has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Twin Valley lost to Woodstock at home by a decisive 61-45 margin on Wednesday.
Twin Valley's defeat came about despite a quality game from Noah Dornburgh, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. Brayden Brown was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Long Trail's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Twin Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
