The Skyview Hawks suffered their closest defeat since December 14, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of Vallivue by a score of 62-59. Skyview was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Vallivue apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Jace Martinez continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Vallivue, scoring 21 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryton Kiester, who scored 12 points.
This is the second loss in a row for Skyview and nudges their season record down to 10-9. As for Vallivue, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

As for Vallivue, they will head out on the road to challenge Emmett at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Idaho (Vallivue is ranked 70th, while Emmett is ranked 83rd).
