Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sweetwater). They blew past the San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles 22-2 on Tuesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Mustangs with their most commanding win of the season.

Blayne Bohall made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Bohall was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season.

In other batting news, Sweetwater got a massive performance out of Cash Barnes, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Those three runs gave Barnes a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Daniel Rodriguez, who scored four runs while going 4-for-4.

Sweetwater always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .853. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy only posted an OBP of .409.

Sweetwater is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
