West Campus had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Armijo Royals a 3-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Warriors were the better team in the second half.

Brandi Rios and Jaden Dewald scored all three of West Campus' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

West Campus is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-1-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those seven matchups. As for Armijo, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1.

West Campus will head out to challenge Burbank at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Armijo, they will welcome Foothill at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
