Flat Rock is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Huron is on an eight-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Rams will host the Chiefs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Flat Rock 3.1, Huron 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Flat Rock proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by ten) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Jefferson 6-4. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Mikey Giroux was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Coplen, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last game, Huron made sure to put some runs up on the board against Milan on Monday. The Chiefs blew past the Big Reds 17-2. Considering the Chiefs have won eight matchups by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Cash Muzzy was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI.
In other batting news, Noah Banas and Jakob Furkas did most of the damage at the plate: Banas went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base, while Furkas went 1-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Myles Grace, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Huron hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in five consecutive contests.
Huron's win bumped their record up to 17-0. As for Flat Rock, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Flat Rock has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Huron struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Flat Rock couldn't quite get it done against Huron in their previous matchup on April 8th as they fell 5-1. Will the Rams have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other baseball content.
