The Daniel Lions stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They blew past Crescent, posting a 81-38 victory on the road. Given Daniel's advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while Crescent is ranked 287th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Leading Daniel to victory were Hayden Anderson and Simms Disbrow. Anderson scored 14 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Disbrow scored 14 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Jones, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Daniel has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Crescent, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
Daniel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Crescent also has no future games currently scheduled.
