After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Clackamas brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They never let the Sandy Pioneers get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory on Thursday. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by seven runs or more this season.

Clackamas is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Sandy, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-6.

Clackamas has already played their next contest, a 9-0 victory against Central Catholic on the 16th. As for Sandy, they will head out to take on West Linn at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
