Wilcox RVT is a perfect 3-0 against Wright Tech since May of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Indian will take on the Warriors at 3:45 p.m. Wilcox RVT will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
On Tuesday, Wilcox RVT made easy work of Platt Tech and carried off a 27-8 win. The result was nothing new for the Indian, who have now won nine games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Katelyn Ouellette made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). Ouellette was even better at the plate, going 4-for-5 with six RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.
In other batting news, Kendall Datchuck was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Mackenzie Gaj was another key player, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, three runs, and one stolen base.
Wilcox RVT was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .643. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .444 or higher in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Wright Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-2 to Wolcott RVT.
Wilcox RVT has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.7 runs over those games. As for Wright Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
Wilcox RVT got the 'W' when the teams last played back in April against Wright Tech by a conclusive 21-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indian since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
