When it comes to explaining why Lausanne Collegiate lost, one person who can't be blamed is Carson Boyle. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Andrew Ford was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Evangelical Christian has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season. As for Lausanne Collegiate, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Evangelical Christian will square off against the Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lausanne Collegiate, they and the Trojans will face off at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Northpoint Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
