John Glenn is 2-8 against Sheridan since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The John Glenn Little Muskies will be home for the holidays to greet the Sheridan Generals at 7:30 p.m. John Glenn will stroll in with a three game home winning streak (dating back to last season), but they should still watch out: the last time they lost at home was their February 10 matchup with Sheridan.
On Tuesday, John Glenn was the victim of a tough 62-38 defeat at the hands of Tri-Valley.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Caleb Larrick, who scored seven points along with ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Winland, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, even though Philo scored an imposing 61 points on Tuesday, Sheridan still came out on top. Sheridan snuck past Philo with a 67-61 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Sheridan.
John Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Sheridan, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
John Glenn came up short against Sheridan in their previous meeting back in February, falling 39-33. Can John Glenn avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
