Mount Airy Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Caleb Stein, who scored 11 points along with seven assists and seven steals. Stein set a new season high mark in blocks with two. Another player making a difference was Garrett Alford, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds.
Maryland School for the Deaf has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Mount Airy Christian Academy, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.
