Basketball Recap: Amber-Pocasset's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Tuesday

Amber-Pocasset won the last time they faced Alex and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Amber-Pocasset Panthers enjoyed a cozy 49-34 victory over the Alex Longhorns. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 110th, while the Longhorns are ranked 382nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Amber-Pocasset pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Alex, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
