If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Cohasset. On Friday they take on Atlantis at 7:00 PM. Cohasset have yet to lose; Atlantis, on the other hand, are desperate for their first win.
Cohasset took their matchup against Hull last Friday by a conclusive 35-13 score. The Cohasset offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the matchup anyway.
Meanwhile, Atlantis found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 0-33 punch to the gut against Tri-County RVT.
Cohasset's victory lifted them to 3-0 while Atlantis's defeat dropped them down to 0-3. In their victory, Cohasset relied heavily on senior Cliff Ward, who rushed for 91 yards and 1 touchdown. Atlantis will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
