It was a good run, but Spring Woods unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 53-42 to the Center Roughriders.

Tim Johnson was his usual excellent self, going 8 for 15 on his way to 19 points for Center. Travis (TJ) Belin Jr was another key player, going 5 for 10 on his way to 10 points.

Spring Woods' loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Center, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.

Spring Woods didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-40 defeat against Almeta Crawford on the 28th. Center has also already played their next contest, a 58-40 win against Bridge City on the 28th.
