Poteet lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Cole, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's matchup. The Aggies were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Cougars on Tuesday. The game marked the Aggies' most dominant win of the season.

Poteet's victory bumped their record up to 8-13-1. As for Cole, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poteet will challenge Jourdanton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Indians/Squaws will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Aggies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cole, they will host Randolph at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
