Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chelan). They blew past the Cascade Kodiaks 17-1 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Mountain Goats, who have now won four matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Chelan, bringing their record up to 5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Cascade, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Chelan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 13-3 victory against Kiona-Benton on the 3rd. As for Cascade, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 29-0 defeat against Quincy on the 2nd.
