After three games on the road, Highland Hall is heading back home. They will take on the San Fernando Valley Academy Huskies at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Last Thursday, Highland Hall came up short against Summit View and fell 48-40.
Meanwhile, San Fernando Valley Academy entered their tilt with Summit View with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. San Fernando Valley Academy had just enough and edged Summit View out 44-42.
San Fernando Valley Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Xzavier Herrera out in front who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Herrera has scored all season. Jacob Corral was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with four steals.
Highland Hall's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for San Fernando Valley Academy, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
