The Bradshaw Christian The Pride will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the El Dorado Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Bradshaw Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Friday.
After a string of three wins, Bradshaw Christian's good fortune finally ran out. They were the victim of a rough 69-45 loss at the hands of Union Mine. While losing is never fun, Bradshaw Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 518th, while the Diamondbacks are ranked 198th).
Bradshaw Christian might have lost, but man, Josh O'neal was a machine: he scored 20 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Devyn ?DJ? McDonald II, who scored two points along with 12 rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, El Dorado earned a 62-51 victory over the Hawks on Friday.
Bradshaw Christian's loss dropped their record down to 15-12. As for El Dorado, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
