Lilly Brower made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Claire Smith was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with four RBI and two runs. Another player making a difference was Clair Ferebee, who scored three runs while going 1-for-2.
Lawrence Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Camden County made easy work of Northeastern on Tuesday and carried off a 17-0 victory. The matchup marked the Bruins' most dominant win of the season so far.
Like Lawrence Academy, Camden County also got a great game from a two-way player: Cayleigh Martin. On the mound, she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Martin was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. She also put up two doubles, which were her first of the season.

That triple marked the first that Anderson hit this season. Kaitlynn Barnes was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.
Lawrence Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.1 runs on average over those games. As for Camden County, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.
Wednesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Lawrence Academy has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .499. However, it's not like Camden County struggles in that department as they've averaged .441. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Lawrence Academy beat Camden County 11-7 in their previous meeting back in March. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bruins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
