The Shelby Valley Wildcats are on the road again on Thursday and play against the June Buchanan Crusaders at 1:30 p.m. on December 28th. June Buchanan took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Shelby Valley, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Shelby Valley earned a 49-39 win over Garrard County. The win was just what Shelby Valley needed coming off of a 74-52 loss in their prior match.
Meanwhile, June Buchanan was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Saturday as they fell 41-37 to Oneida Baptist Institute. June Buchanan has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Shelby Valley's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for June Buchanan, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-3.
