Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Hartshorne). They put the hurt on the Indianola Warriors with a sharp  22-2 victory on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Miners needed considering they were shut out in their previous   matchup.
 Brett Lindley was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Lindley was also stellar in the batter's box,  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances with two  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  two  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Brodie Eddy was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Those  three  runs gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hayden Morris, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 Hartshorne  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .604. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
With the  win, Hartshorne broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6. As for Indianola, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record  this season.
 Hartshorne will welcome Wilburton  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Indianola, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Canadian  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday.
