Last Friday, everything came up roses for Edmond North at home against Deer Creek as the squad secured a 82-17 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Edmond North.
Meanwhile, Norman North sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 50-48 win over Moore on Friday.
Seleh Harmon had a dynamite game for Norman North, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Harmon has scored at least 25% of Norman North's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lydia Plummer, who scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: Edmond North's win pushed their record up to 2-0, while Deer Creek's defeat dropped theirs down to 0-2.
