The San Juan Hills Stallions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 89-45 victory over Bishop Diego at home. The victory was familiar territory for San Juan Hills who now have four in a row.
It was another big night for Mason Hodges, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of San Juan Hills' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathan Brosch, who scored 15 points along with three steals.
San Juan Hills has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Bishop Diego, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-14.
San Juan Hills will be playing at home against San Clemente at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in San Clemente's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last ten contests. Bishop Diego won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Dana Hills on January 4th. Dana Hills will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
