The third road game was the charm for Grace Christian Academy, as they earned their first road win of the season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the DeLand-Weldon Eagles 66-28. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 35 points or more this season.

Grace Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for DeLand-Weldon, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Grace Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-30 loss against Westville on the 19th. As for DeLand-Weldon, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cerro Gordo/Bement at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
