Meanwhile, Landmark Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Peck 66-26. Landmark Academy has not had much luck with Peck recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Austin Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Landmark Academy, they bumped their record down to 0-2 with that loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.
Everything went Austin Catholic's way against Landmark Academy when the teams last played back in February as Austin Catholic made off with a 53-27 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Austin Catholic since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
