St. Michael's extended the longest winning streak in 3A District 5 this week by beating Capital, 57-3. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
St. Michael's took down the Jaguars 57-3 last week, the largest margin of any game.
St. Michael's' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Horsemen feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Cory Serna has thrown for 1083 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Salomon Martinez has 18 catches for 335 yards. Martinez leads the league in rushing with 275 yards.
Joey Fernandez's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on Capital.
