Basketball Recap: Lapwai Piles Up the Points Against Logos

Lapwai won the last time they faced Logos and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lapwai Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Logos Knights 66-39. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 27 points or more this season.

Lapwai was led to victory by Madden Bisbee and Amasone George. Bisbee went 6 for 11 en route to 18 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds, while George went 7 of 14 on her way to 18 points and three steals. George is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Andraeana Domebo, who posted seven points.

Lapwai's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Logos, they dropped their record down to 4-11 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Prairie the next time they take the court. Logos will host Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while Lapwai will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
