The Victor Valley Jackrabbits had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 64-56 victory over Serrano on Thursday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
ISAIAH BULTER was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points. That makes it ten consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Victor Valley's points. ISAIAH AMADOR was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
The victory got Victor Valley back to even at 5-5. As for Serrano, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.
Victor Valley will be playing at home against Yucaipa at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Serrano is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Granite Hills at 5:30 p.m. on December 12th. Granite Hills knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven contests -- so hopefully Serrano likes a good challenge.
