After flying high against Kirby last Monday, Nashville came back down to earth. The Nashville Scrappers had to suffer through a 80-52 loss at the hands of the Mills University Studies Comets. The Scrappers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Nashville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Mills University Studies, they pushed their record up to 18-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Nashville will host De Queen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mills University Studies, they will challenge Hall at 7:30 p.m. on January 14th.
