The team also got some help courtesy of Jackie Jurado, who scored nine points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Grandfalls-Royalty has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season. As for Buena Vista, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-5.
Grandfalls-Royalty will square off against Rankin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rankin is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak. As for Buena Vista, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Sanderson at 7:30 p.m.
