The St. Joseph Central Irish can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They blew past Man 73-25 at home. The win was nothing new for St. Joseph Central as they're now sitting on four straight.
St. Joseph Central found their leader in underclassman Ava Gallion, who scored 21 points along with five assists and four steals. Gallion is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mariah Johnson, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and five assists.
St. Joseph Central pushed their record up to 15-5 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Man, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-12.
St. Joseph Central will head out on the road to square off against Lincoln County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Man, they will take on Tolsia at TBD on Thursday.
