Moore County have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge Huntland on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
After a disappointing eight points in their last match, Moore County made sure to put some points up on the board against Grace Christian Academy two weeks ago. Everything came up roses for Moore County against Grace Christian Academy as the team secured a 67-21 win. No one put up better numbers for Moore County than senior Dylan Knight, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 258 yards and 6 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Huntland put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They put a hurting on Grace Christian Academy to the tune of 49-7. With Huntland ahead 28-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 5-2. After the lofty point totals in their previous games, we'll see if they're able to heat things up even more while facing each other.
