Juancarlos Moreno made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for TERRA Environmental: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most two hits, but 1-3 otherwise. Moreno was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
Moreno wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Jaime Estevez, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Dylan Rodriguez also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. TERRA Environmental has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.9 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Belen Jesuit struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.5 strikeouts.
