The Stigler Panthers and the Cascia Hall Commandos squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Stigler Panthers had to settle for second. Stigler took a 32-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cascia Hall. Stigler just can't catch a break and has now endured four defeats in a row.
Stigler's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jaxson Cardell, who threw for 229 yards and three touchdowns. TJ Kettles was in the mix too, providing Stigler with two touchdowns.
Stigler's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Cascia Hall, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Stigler does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cascia Hall will face off against Marlow at TBD on Friday.
