Twin Valley recap December 3, 2013
Centralia/Wetmore added to the longest winning streak in Twin Valley this week by beating LaCrosse, 61-0. The victory was the 14th in a row for the team.
Centralia/Wetmore was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after defeating the Leopards. Larry Glatzak's team came in at 17 in the state poll after placing at number 38 last week.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Washington County's Konner Penning and Cole Thompson have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-0 quarterback Penning has thrown for 1,325 yards this season, while Thompson has 38 catches for 559 yards. Sam Steinlage from the Panthers leads the league in rushing with 1,254 yards.
In 129 carries Cole Maddox has put up 943 yards this year.
Centralia/Wetmore took down LaCrosse 61-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
