The biggest upset of the week belonged to Northern Cambria, who took down 263rd ranked Ligonier Valley, 35-34. Joe Frontino ran for 220 yards during the win.
Homer-Center added to the longest winning streak in Heritage this week by beating Penns Manor, 41-21. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Wildcats.
Frontino provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Colts bested the Rams.
Frontino was a force in the backfield as Northern Cambria defeated Ligonier Valley.
Weylon McGeary was the best wideout in the league this week as United fell to Marion Center. McGeary tallied 3 receptions for 51 yards.
Roger Beitel's team's Scott Fennell and Alec Bloom led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Fennell has thrown for 1,549 yards this season, while Bloom has 45 catches for 830 yards. Blairsville's Deion Robinson leads the league in rushing yards with 918.
Robinson of the the Bobcats is only 82 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Robinson has rushed for 918 yards on 166 carries so far this year.
Saltsburg lost to Purchase Line 41-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
