Northwest waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Urbandale J-Hawks as they made off with a 10-4 victory. The Wolves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.

Northwest's win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Urbandale, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-18.

Coming up, Northwest will welcome Ankeny at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Urbandale, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-2 win against Indianola on the 1st.
