Despite the loss, Faith Christian still got an impressive performance from Jaelen Spellman, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Ben Cox, who scored ten points.
Faith Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Tournament Opponent, their win bumped their record up to 46-200.
Faith Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against New Dimensions at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Tournament Opponent will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Eastwood at 4:30 p.m. on December 29, 2023.
