That makes it three consecutive games in which Walker has scored at least 25% of Warhill's points. Akeylah James was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 7 steals and 6 assists.
Warhill's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Smithfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Warhill will head out on the road to face off against Jamestown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jamestown's defense has only allowed 22.8 points per game this season, so Warhill's offense will have their work cut out for Warhill. As for Smithfield, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Poquoson at 7:00 p.m.
