The Roaring Fork Rams posted their biggest victory since December 8, 2023 on Friday. They put the hurt on North Fork with a sharp 62-41 win. The win was nothing new for Roaring Fork as they're now sitting on three straight.
Roaring Fork got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Noel Richardson out in front who scored 11 points along with four steals. Ethan Wilson was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with two steals.
North Fork's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was David Audelo, who scored six points along with five rebounds and two steals. Audelo is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Ryder Hart, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Roaring Fork has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-8 record this season. As for North Fork, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
Roaring Fork will look to defend their home court on Friday against Cedaredge at 7:00 p.m. As for North Fork, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Meeker at 1:00 p.m. on January 27th. Meeker knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past six matches -- so hopefully North Fork likes a good challenge.
