With a playoff win on the line, Gilbert rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They never let the Darlington Falcons get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. The result was nothing new for Gilbert, who have now won seven contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Darlington with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Avery Campbell (3), Ashlynn Smith (2), and Raleigh Condell.

Gilbert is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four matchups. As for Darlington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

Gilbert will venture away from home to square off against Bishop England at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bishop England will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Gilbert surely won't give up without a fight. Darlington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
