He has become a key player for Marian Catholic: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least three RBI, but 9-19 otherwise. Bronx Debergh was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and one double.
Marian Catholic was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. The last time their batting average was this high was back in March of 2024.
Niles Notre Dame's defeat dropped their record down to 9-17-1. As for Marian Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 11-20.
