The Clark Fork Wampus Cats will be home for the holidays to greet the Coeur du Christ Academy Saints at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clark Fork has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Clark Fork scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They breezed by Immaculate Conception Academy on the road to the tune of 77-23. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Clark Fork has managed all season.
Meanwhile, Coeur du Christ Academy pushed their score all the way to 67 last Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 76-67 to Genesis Prep Academy.
Clark Fork pushed their record up to 4-1 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points per game. As for Coeur du Christ Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
Clark Fork was able to grind out a solid win over Coeur du Christ Academy when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 65-55. Does Clark Fork have another victory up their sleeve, or will Coeur du Christ Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
