The White River Valley Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Woodstock Wasps at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Woodstock took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on White River Valley, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, White River Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over Randolph, taking the game 54-44.
Meanwhile, Woodstock pushed their score all the way to 62 on Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Brattleboro 66-62. Woodstock has struggled against Brattleboro recently, as their matchup on Wednesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
White River Valley pushed their record up to 2-1 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Woodstock, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Everything came up roses for White River Valley against Woodstock in their previous matchup back in January as the team secured a 55-20 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for White River Valley since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
