The Harmony School of Advancement Hawks will face off against the Pearland Oilers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Tuesday, Harmony School of Advancement didn't have quite enough to beat Kingwood Park and fell 3-2.
In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Harmony School of Advancement sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 22-25, 25-22, 23-25, 15-13.

Harmony School of Advancement might have lost, but man, Joseph Hoang was a machine: he had 21 digs and seven assists. Those seven assists gave Hoang a new career-high.
Even though they lost, Harmony School of Advancement was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces every time they've taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Pearland came up short against Atascocita on March 5th, falling 3-0. The Oilers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
While Pearland was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-20.
Harmony School of Advancement's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Pearland, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
Harmony School of Advancement took their victory against Pearland in their previous meeting back in February by a conclusive 3-0. Will Harmony School of Advancement repeat their success, or does Pearland has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
