Edwardsburg got themselves on the board against Berrien Springs on Friday, but Berrien Springs never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over the Shamrocks. Considering the Eddies have won six games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Edwardsburg, bringing their record up to 8-2. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Berrien Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Edwardsburg will welcome Lincoln-Way Central at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Berrien Springs, they will host Brandywine at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
