Despite the loss, Riverview Sarasota still got an impressive performance from Susan Lowther, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. Lowther hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. Ava Sims was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cardinal Mooney to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sy?Monique Simon, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Madi Mignery, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Riverview Sarasota's loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-3. As for Cardinal Mooney, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 14-6 record this season.
