Immaculate Conception's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mia Lewis, who scored 18 points along with eight steals. Another player making a difference was Nila Giraud, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds.
Caldwell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Immaculate Conception, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Caldwell will be home for the holidays to greet Newark Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Immaculate Conception, they will head out on the road to face off against Mount St. Dominic Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
